The Short Answer
The price of a Cybernetyx smart board depends on six things: the model, the screen size, whether you add an OPS Windows module and accessories, how many panels you order, the installation work at your site, and the warranty and purchase route. We do not publish prices on this page because a quote that leaves out any of these is not comparable with one that includes them.
Vitharan Trade Links (VTL) is the appointed Cybernetyx distribution partner for Karnataka. The rest of this guide is what we walk schools through before we quote.
Model: EyeRIS A10, A10 Pro or A20e
Cybernetyx sells its classroom panels under the EyeRIS name. The model sets the base price before size is considered.
EyeRIS A10
The everyday classroom panel: 4K UHD IPS display, 450 nits, 3 mm toughened anti-glare glass with zero-gap bonding, FeatherTouch writing, Android 14, 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage, and 2 × 18 W speakers with a subwoofer. It ships with BrightClass, Cybernetyx's teaching platform, and the Bright AI assistant. Full specs are on the EyeRIS A10 page.
EyeRIS A10 Pro
The same panel with a built-in AI camera, an 8-microphone array with pickup up to 8 metres, voice amplification so the panel works as the classroom PA, AI class recording and engagement insights for school leadership. It costs more than the A10. It is worth it for rooms that record lessons, run hybrid classes or are large enough that the teacher needs amplification.
EyeRIS A20 / A20e
Google EDLA certified, so the Play Store and Google apps run on the panel, with an NPU for AI features that work offline. Cybernetyx describes it as India's first EDLA-certified interactive display. It suits schools already standardised on Google Workspace for Education.
Screen Size: 65, 75, 86 or 98 Inch
Size is the largest single factor in the panel price, and it also affects freight and how many people the installation needs. Buy the size the room needs, not the largest the budget allows.
| Size | Typical room | Last row (approx.) |
|---|---|---|
| 65 inch | Small classrooms, labs, tuition rooms | up to ~5 m |
| 75 inch | Standard classrooms, 30–40 students | up to ~5.5 m |
| 86 inch | Larger classrooms, 40+ students | up to ~6.5 m |
| 98 inch | Seminar and lecture rooms | up to ~7 m |
The distances use a common AV rule of thumb: the farthest viewer sits no more than about six times the screen height away. A school that mixes 65 inch in labs with 75 or 86 inch in classrooms usually spends less than one that orders a single large size for every room.
OPS Module and Accessories
The OPS module is a slot-in Windows PC, offered with an Intel i5-12450H or i7. It is only needed if teachers use Windows software on the panel. BrightClass and the built-in apps run on Android 14 without it, so many schools add OPS only to computer labs or senior classrooms.
Accessories are also priced per room: the Goose document camera (visualiser), the Doodle whiteboard camera, and the wall mount or floor stand. Ask for each to be listed separately on the quote so you can drop what a room does not need.
Quantity and Installation
Quantity
A single panel and a 40-classroom order are priced differently. If you are planning a phased roll-out, say so when you ask for a quote; it helps to price the full plan even if you buy in stages.
Installation
Installation cost depends on the wall (brick, concrete, drywall or partition), whether you wall-mount or use a floor stand, the distance to the nearest power and network point, and whether cabling has to be run. Multi-floor and multi-campus jobs need more planning. Share photos or measurements of a typical classroom and we can quote installation with the panels.
Warranty, GeM and Distributor Supply
EyeRIS A10 panels are listed on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) with a 3-year warranty, and the EP65 series carries BIS, STQC, CE, FCC and RoHS certifications. Government departments and government schools generally buy through GeM under their procurement rules.
Private schools, colleges, coaching centres and businesses usually buy through an authorised distributor. Buying through the appointed distributor for your state means the warranty is backed by the manufacturer, and there is a local contact for installation questions and service requests. Whichever route you use, confirm the warranty period and who handles service in your city before you compare prices.
Why Online Prices Vary
Search for a Cybernetyx or 75 inch interactive flat panel price and you will find figures that disagree. Usually they are not describing the same thing:
- Some listings are for the A10, others for the A10 Pro or an older model, and the title does not always say which.
- One price includes the OPS module, mounting and installation; another is the bare panel.
- GST, freight and delivery to your city may or may not be included.
- A single-unit marketplace price is not what a school pays for a multi-classroom order.
- Software, content access and warranty terms differ, and a lower price can mean a shorter warranty or no local service.
When you compare quotes, line them up item by item: model, size, OPS, accessories, installation, GST, delivery, software and content, and warranty.
Total Cost of Ownership
The panel price is only part of what a school spends over the life of a smart classroom. A flat panel has no projector lamps or filters to replace. Teacher training and how much the board is actually used also matter: a panel that teachers avoid is expensive at any price.
Cybernetyx's position is that EyeRIS panels reduce running costs because BrightClass content and the Bright AI assistant are built in, so a school does not need separate content, assessment or lesson-planning subscriptions. That is the manufacturer's claim; check it against what your school pays for those tools today, and ask what software access is included with your order and for how long.
For rooms that already have a working projector, EyeRIS IX turns the existing surface into a touch board running the same software, which can bring more classrooms into the same budget.
How to Get a Quote from VTL
Send us four things and we can usually reply within one business day:
- The number of classrooms and other rooms (labs, staff room, seminar hall).
- The sizes you have in mind, or room dimensions so we can suggest sizes.
- A10, A10 Pro or A20e, and which rooms need an OPS module or accessories.
- Your location in Karnataka and whether you need installation.
If you want to see the panels first, they are on display at our Experience Center in Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage, Bengaluru. For a broader look at choosing a board, see smart boards for schools.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a Cybernetyx smart board cost in India?
There is no single price. The cost depends on the model (EyeRIS A10, A10 Pro or A20e), the screen size (65, 75, 86 or 98 inch), whether an OPS Windows module and accessories are added, the number of panels and the installation work. In Karnataka, VTL quotes per project; send your classroom count and sizes for a quote.
What is the price of a 75 inch interactive flat panel in India?
It varies widely by brand, model and what is included. When comparing 75 inch quotes, check that each one covers the same things: the same model and touch technology, OPS or not, mounting and installation, GST, delivery, software and content access, and the warranty period.
Is the A10 Pro worth paying more for?
If you want to record classes, run hybrid lessons or amplify the teacher's voice in a large room, yes: the A10 Pro adds a built-in AI camera, an 8-microphone array and voice amplification. For everyday teaching in a standard classroom, the A10 does the job.
Can government schools buy Cybernetyx through GeM?
EyeRIS A10 panels are listed on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) with a 3-year warranty. Government buyers generally follow their GeM procurement rules. Private schools, colleges and businesses can buy through an authorised distributor such as VTL.
