VTL was founded in Bengaluru with a clear observation: the Indian AV distribution landscape was fragmented. OEM manufacturers had world-class products but struggled with slow program execution, inconsistent channel support, and limited reach into India's fast-moving system integrator ecosystem. On the other side, integrators needed reliable product access, competitive pricing, and technical support that matched their project timelines.
The insight that launched VTL was straightforward: OEMs and integrators speak different operational languages. OEMs think in terms of quarterly programs, channel compliance, and brand positioning. Integrators think in terms of project deadlines, site readiness, and client sign-offs. VTL translates between them.
Starting with hospitality technology projects for hotel chains across South India, VTL built deep vertical expertise before expanding into corporate, education, retail, and multi-site deployments. Today, VTL is an authorized distributor for six global OEMs, has delivered over 300 projects, and operates from its headquarters in Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage, Bengaluru with pan-India logistics and partner coverage.
