Walk Through the Lab
The Partner Experience Lab is a curated, multi-zone demonstration environment where system integrators and their clients can experience OEM products in context. This is not a showroom. It is a working lab designed to simulate real deployment scenarios with products from Samsung, LG, MAXHUB, Siemens, Planar, and NGX configured in application-relevant setups.
Every demo aligns with actual OEM program specifications and pricing structures. The lab operates by appointment only to ensure dedicated attention and tailored walkthroughs.

Partner Showcase Zone
Products from all six OEMs displayed in a branded, comparative layout. System integrators can evaluate commercial displays, interactive panels, digital signage solutions, and hospitality hardware side-by-side. Ideal for product selection meetings and specification reviews.
Hospitality Experience Demo
A simulated hotel room and lobby environment with deployed OEM solutions. Samsung Hospitality TVs, LG commercial displays, and integrated control systems demonstrate how displays work within hotel management systems including PMS, IPTV, and digital signage platforms. Built for hospitality procurement teams and integrators working on hotel projects.
Integrator Briefing Area
A dedicated meeting and presentation space for technical briefings, OEM product training, integration workshops, and project kick-off meetings. Equipped with MAXHUB interactive displays for collaborative sessions. Supports both in-person and hybrid briefings for integrator teams needing deep-dive technical sessions.
Technology Enablement Space
A hands-on area where integrators can test configurations, run compatibility checks, and prototype setups. Includes connectivity testing stations, mounting demonstrations, and control system integration setups. OEM technical documentation and support resources are available on-site for validation before specification.
OEM Partner Demo Corner
A rotating, OEM-focused showcase area where individual brands feature new products, updated firmware, and special program launches. VTL coordinates with OEM partners to keep this zone current with the latest Samsung SMART Signage launches, LG webOS updates, and MAXHUB interactive panel releases.
Immersive Display Wall
A large-format video wall installation showcasing the visual impact of tiled display configurations. Demonstrates Planar and Samsung video wall solutions in high-impact commercial settings. Integrators and clients can assess bezel width, colour uniformity, brightness, and viewing angles in person.
